BAM UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced and motivated Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our ASTI onshore team, working on a new large substation in Inverness-shire. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to the delivery of large-scale civil engineering works that will provide critical infrastructure to support future renewable developments across Scotland. Initially, you will be based out of our Kilsyth or Inverness office, before transitioning to site during the project delivery phase, where you will likely be on site a minimum of 3 days per week, with the remaining 2 days at one of our head offices. A living-away allowance will be provided for working away from home, along with other package benefits. As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following: Manage and mentor a commercial team across multiple schemes. Liaise closely with the operations team and support services to ensure alignment and collaboration.
