The UK&I Risk & Control Analyst plays a key role in actively strengthening BAM's ability to build, implement and embed the Risk and Control Agenda, moving a compliance-led framework to an effectively operating internal control framework.

  • Supports the adoption of data and digital tools that support real-time risk visibility, control automation and predictive analytics.
  • Assists the preparation of risk and controls reporting packs as per established governance rhythms.
  • Helps promote a risk and control culture focused on anticipation, ownership and value creation, not compliance policing.
  • Actively contributes to the implementation of the internal control framework, ensuring robust testing and root cause analysis, proposes control remediations, and training of control owners on processes, control execution and use of risk and control tools.
  • Actively contributes to prepare robust reports on control weaknesses and impact analysis.
