BAM UK&I are looking for a Business Analyst - Source to Pay to support our ERP project on an FTC for 24 months.
Making PossibleAccountable for ensuring documentation and understanding of the 'as-is' business process models, Data/Information models and underlying solutions and ways of working for the focus Business Process (Source to Pay). Responsible for contributing into the design of the target solution (process, Data and Systems), ensuring business requirements are met, enabling business continuity. Supports the identification of opportunities to simplify the business process by utilising standard process, whilst future-proofing the solutions to meet the business needs.
- Supporting active change management in building of Change Impact Assessments and Plans, and supporting the business team (BPO and SMEs) to promote quality delivery, standardisation and adoption of the S4-Enabled ERP solutions.
- Support the BPOs to define Business Requirements and participate in detailed design (Explore) workshops contributing specific knowledge and expertise.
- Support BPOs to review solution design artefacts and identification of business impacts for the Change Impact Assessment, and defining Change Action Plans.
- Participate in testing activities as required by the project and support preparation of the cutover plan, data checks and operational readiness testing.
- Provide first level of support to business end users during Early Life Support.
- Supporting BPOs, subject matter experts and key functional contacts for programme within their market (UK & I) with expert knowledge related to documentation of system functionality supporting business processes for both AS-IS and TO-BE Solution.
- Provides critical linking between Business Process, Change, Data and IT (Applications and Interface) Streams.
- Support the definition of business change impact, including benefits and dependencies for their function.
- Articulates risk and issues for functional business area related to the new operational business model deployment.
- Ensure cross-functional implications are identified and addressed.
- Supports the BPOs and SMEs in ensuring key stakeholders understand the business impact of the solution and are engaged in relevant issues and decisions.
- Contributes to the effective communication of the impact of the programme into their function and appropriate engagement of the function to deliver the necessary changes in behaviours and ways of working.
- Drives identified impacts and actions to completion.
- Supports the country functional leadership to understand and address the impact and implications of the integrated processes and solution.
- Ensure that the correct Master data requirements are defined and implemented for their function.
- Active change agent leading implementation into their function – actively engages in the programme and promotes new ways of working and changes to business process.
- Actively leads business process awareness sessions within their functions to prepare people for the change.
- Supports BPO and SMEs with identification of business change in areas where the solution impacts on change of business processes.
- Supports BPO and SMEs with input to Functional Change Plans and Business Change Management Team regarding changes for business processes in scope of own domain of expertise.
- Change Agent, advocating the business drivers to adopt the SAP Model Company and Best Practices.
- Supports and participates in data purification & cleansing for the UK & I.
- Facilitates User Acceptance Testing of the Template solution.
- Support the review and validation of end user training materials.
- Support users in local country during Early Life Support (floor walker).
