BAM UK & Ireland's Infrastructure Segment are looking for enthusiastic senior bid writers to join our successful team winning work for the Infrastructure segment of BAM UK and Ireland, one of the UKs major infrastructure contractors.
We are a dynamic and creative team, always looking for better ways of working to keep ahead in a very competitive environment.
We need people who can distil the most complex engineering concepts into plain English in a logical way with our customers in mind.
You will organise and facilitate writing workshops, comply with bid programmes and process and present high quality content for review.
Your team The role involves a mixture of working from our office in Wellingborough, from home and frequently from project offices in other locations so some travel will be necessary.
Organise and facilitate collaborative writing workshops with section owners, contributors and other relevant people.
In collaboration with our Graphics team, produce high quality response graphics Integrate review comments into developing responses.
Contribute to the development of case studies and the Work Winning Hub Complete project, framework or business/ function case studies as requested.
Contribute to the Work Winning Hub, including the development of answer guidance, as requested.
Other duties Complete work for other ad hoc requests from within the Proposals team.
Qualifications & Experience: Degree level or equivalent qualification (preferred), APMP Foundation level (preferred) Thorough knowledge of major infrastructure projects, clients and client drivers.
Proven ability to design and lead collaborative writing workshops Development of case studies and quantified evidence Working knowledge of how AI can aid proposal development Whats in it for you?
