BAM UK managing over or under subscriptions; sending timely joining instructions; managing course waiting lists; communicating pre-course requirements with participants, liaising with trainers, facilities and external suppliers; dealing with cancellations and non-attendance; course certification; evaluation forms and processing invoices. Participate in ad-hoc projects, and any other duties to assist the effectiveness of the learning team. Provide general administrative support.

Your team: To be based from Solihull or Hemel Hempstead office on a hybrid basis.

What do you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in busy and varied administration role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines without close supervision.
  • Experience of managing, inputting, and creating accurate data.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be a positive, contributing member.
  • Previous administration experience in Learning.
