BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to provide expert HR guidance to managers across multisite operations. You will manage end-to-end ER cases, coach line managers, and act as custodian of the central ER tool, ensuring compliant records and timely escalation where needed.
In this role you will support engagement with Trade Union representatives, collaborate with HRBPs and Compliance, and help develop repeatable ER processes while upholding BAM values and behaviours.
