Helps to shape and develop service proposition, supports team growth and champions a culture of continual improvement Leads and supports a team of Environmental Sustainability specialists that cover whole-life carbon, BREEAM, nature and adaptation. Ensures talent, skills an articulate presenter to internal and external audiences Evidence of developing and maintaining collaborative Client partnerships and supply chain relationships Significant experience of working within a successful bidding / work-winning environment Strong influencing and networking capability, speaking opportunities and profile raising with other stakeholders across the sector A high degree of energy and self-motivation with ability to identify, develop
