  • Ensure programme data quality, identifying inconsistencies, ensuring proper naming conventions, and maintaining consistency across all projects within frameworks.
  • Produce planning reports and dashboards, including look-aheads, summaries, KPI reports and support with structured data feeds for Power BI.
  • Support programme audits and governance, ensuring all programmes in the database comply with planning procedures and contract requirements.
  • Act as a central coordination point for planning department, programme queries, database access, version control, and guiding stakeholders to accurate programme information.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying data issues and contributing to templates, automation enhancements, best-practice documents, and training support.
  • Coordinate planning community events, managing logistics, content preparation, communication, and feedback for meetings, workshops, training sessions and on/off boarding.
