BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Administrator on a fixed-term 3-4 month contract, starting in July, to join our team on a key infrastructure development that will support the ongoing enhancement and resilience of the UK's electricity network. This is an exciting office-based role that offers the opportunity to be part of a major project that will play an important role in enabling the transmission of reliable, sustainable energy for future generations.
As a Project Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the project team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of project activities. Your team BAM operates a flexible working policy. This role is based in our Kilsyth head office.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain site document filing system including accurate paper and computer-based records.
- Coordinate accommodation and travel bookings for site personnel, ensuring cost-effective, timely and efficient arrangements for the project and providing support to other projects when required.
- Utilise computer software packages such as SAP, Outlook and Excel.
- Attend meetings and training sessions.
- Purchase Requisitions for materials.
- Carry out other relevant duties as directed by your line manager.
- Maintain high personal safety and environmental standards in accordance with Company policy.
- Be aware and contribute to the 'Everyone Safe and Well Everyday' vision.
- National 5 and/or Highers in English and Mathematics.
