BAM FM is recruiting a Helpdesk Operator on a full time, permanent basis to support school and commercial projects in the South West, based at Blaise High School, Bristol. This is working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, starting between 7.30am and 9am and finishing between 4.30pm and 6.00pm.

Your mission:

  • Issue reactive and planned tasks to site teams and monitor each task through to completion.
  • Contact and chase sub-contractors for attendance and paperwork.
  • Comply with strict contract SLA, ensuring that tasks are completed within agreed timescale.
  • Monitor open tasks on a daily basis, chasing contractors and/or staff when required.
  • Provide administration support to the projects ensuring notes are added to provide the latest update.
  • Log bookings for internal and external clients.
  • Be the first point of contact via telephone and e-mail for our clients.
  • Liaising Purchase Orders Reactive and Planned.

  • Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
