Building a sustainable tomorrow At BAM, we are currently recruiting for a Social Sustainability Manager to support projects across the Southeast of England. In this role, you will lead and deliver social sustainability initiatives that create positive outcomes across social mobility, employment, education, skills development, community investment, volunteering, and social inclusion.
Working closely with internal teams, clients, and local communities, you will be responsible for planning, promoting, delivering, monitoring, and reporting on BAM's social sustainability activities. You will play a key role in ensuring social value commitments are achieved, stakeholder relationships are strengthened, and meaningful, lasting benefits are delivered to the communities in which we work.
Your team The role offers a blend of office, home, and project site working, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements actively supported.
Travel will be required as part of the role, with the frequency and expectations discussed in more detail during the interview process.
