Data Protection Analyst / Data Management Analyst – BAM UK & Ireland
BAM UK and Ireland are recruiting a Data Protection Analyst / Data Management Analyst to support the delivery of privacy requirements across tender teams, project teams, and divisional units. This role offers flexibility to work from any UK&I regional office and from home, with occasional travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the organisation’s data inventory to reflect changes in business structures and systems.
- Perform data analysis as part of investigation projects.
- Conduct data privacy impact assessments for projects and tenders, ensuring compliance from the outset.
- Perform third‑party data privacy risk assessments, including managing Data Protection Agreements and Transfer Impact Assessments.
- Support data retention activities and related compliance projects within BAM UK&I.
- Work with teams to embed new legislation – including AI‑related governance and other data regulations – into business processes.
- Assist in the investigation of data privacy incidents, complaints, and subject access requests.
- Provide guidance to teams on privacy‑related questions and support continuous learning in the area of data protection.
