BAM UK and Ireland is seeking an Assistant Project Surveyor to cover a site in the Coventry area.

You will support procurement of subcontract packages, assemble enquiry documentation and analyse quotations, and assist in valuations and final accounts.

As part of a commercial team you’ll help with cost reports, risk/opportunity planning and maintaining client relationships.

A degree and MRICS/MCIOB progress is desirable, with strong Excel and BIM experience.
