BAM FM is recruiting a Support Services Administrator to support school & commercial projects in the South West.
Location: Blaise High School, Bristol.
Working 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.
Making Possible- Updating our CAFM and client operating system, ensuring all work orders are actioned.
- Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks.
- Proactively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors.
- Arranging contractor service visits and coordinating with clients.
- Supporting other members of the help desk team as required.

What do you bring to the role?
- A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A positive and flexible approach to work.
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
