The Ferrovial BAM Joint Venture (FBJV) has been awarded the contracts to deliver one of the most significant infrastructure programmes in Europe - the HS2 Track Systems contract. Spanning 140 miles between Old Oak Common and Birmingham Curzon Street, the project will deliver the design, installation and commissioning of high-speed track infrastructure capable of supporting speeds of up to 360 km/h (225 mph). We recognise the importance of flexibility and will consider flexible working arrangements following an initial team integration period on an individual basis, reviewing requests in line with project needs and BAM's Flexible working policy.
As Project Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide strategic commercial leadership for Lot 3, aligning with overall FBJV and HS2 objectives
- Lead all commercial activities including procurement, cost management, change control, and contract administration

- Excellent knowledge of contract forms (e.g. NEC) and commercial best practice
- Experience in joint venture or alliance environments (desirable but not essential)
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to influence at executive level and drive high-performing teams
