We are seeking skilled and reliable Traffic Marshalls to join our construction team at Hinkley Point C. As a Traffic Marshall, you'll be working within the Hinkley Point C team in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will be responsible for managing traffic flows on site and ensuring the safety of both the public and site workers.
Pay: £17.89 per hour
Schedule: Rotation of 7 days on, 3 days off following 7 days on, 4 days off

Your mission: You will be responsible for the following:
- Manage traffic on and around construction sites, ensuring vehicles are directed safely and efficiently.
- Set up traffic management signage and barriers in compliance with local regulations.
- Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and contractors to ensure that traffic flow is maintained without disruptions.
- Ensure the safety of all site workers and the public by following safety protocols.
- Maintain clear communication with site management, emergency services, and local authorities as needed.
- Perform routine checks on traffic management equipment and report any faults.
Who are we looking for?
- Valid Traffic Marshal certifications (CSCS, Health and Safety, CPCS)
- Previous experience in traffic management or as a Traffic Marshall, preferably in a construction environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively direct vehicles and personnel.
- Knowledge of traffic management regulations and best practices.
