Join a supportive and experienced recruitment team. Are you an experienced recruiter looking for an exciting in-house opportunity? We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team at BAM. This is a full 360-degree recruitment role, where you will play a key part in attracting top talent.

This role is based in our Kilsyth or Inverness offices with regular travel expected to project locations across Scotland. BAM supports flexible and hybrid working.

Your mission: Reporting to the BAM Infrastructure Recruitment Manager, you will work closely with hiring managers to source, engage, and secure the best candidates. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial talent attraction through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will proactively build pipelines of exceptional talent, own creative sourcing of candidates through a variety of channels and collaborate closely with our Talent Management team to drive internal mobility. With a sharp focus on delivering an inclusive recruitment process, you will champion best practice and help us deliver greater diversity in our organisation.

Who are we looking for?

  • Background in recruiting across the civil engineering/construction sectors is required.
  • Significant recruitment experience, whether from an agency or in-house setting.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Passion for sourcing top talent and building strong candidate pipelines.
