BAM FM is recruiting a Receptionist/Administration Assistant based in our offices in Stepps. This is a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract. 37.5 Hours per week - Monday - Friday: Monday - Thursday 08:45am - 17:00pm, Friday 08:00am to 16:15pm. Pay: £15.25 per Hour.

Making Possible

  • Dealing with incoming calls.
  • Greeting visitors to the office.
  • Sorting and distributing daily mail.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Arranging couriers, ordering stationary.
  • Organising lunches.
  • Providing presentation services to the building.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Dealing with Purchase Orders.
  • Assisting and supporting the Facilities Manager with a variety of tasks as and when required.
