We are currently looking to recruit a number of Trainee Hand Tools Operatives to join our client’s growing production team based in Highbridge or Weston Super Mare. Working as part of an experienced team, you will support the production and assembly team while gaining valuable hands-on experience. No formal qualifications are required, however candidates with previous experience using hand tools, working within production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or construction environments would be at an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting experienced operatives and assembly team with daily production duties
  • Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
