We are looking to recruit Assembly Operatives to join our busy engineering client in Weston-Super-Mare. This is a full-time, hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to develop their skills in a professional engineering environment.
- Location: Weston-Super-Mare
- Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
- Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Working as part of a skilled production team, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembly and disassembly of products, including engines, gearboxes and mechanical components
- Following technical and engineering drawings, work instructions and build specifications
- Operating basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Carrying out inspection, testing and quality control checks to ensure high standards are met
- Identifying faults, reporting issues and supporting continuous improvement
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop environment at all times
- Working to production schedules while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
