We are currently recruiting a motivated Logistics Operative with a valid Driving Licence to join our client’s manufacturing team. This is a key operational role, supporting daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receiving, unloading, storing, and dispatching of goods
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring accuracy and care of stock
- Support picking, packing, and general warehouse duties as required
- Maintain accurate stock records and report any discrepancies
- Ensure all warehouse areas comply with Health & Safety regulations
- Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
About You
- Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred) would be an advantage
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills for stock control systems
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Strong awareness of health & safety in a warehouse setting
