We are currently recruiting an experienced Production Team Leader to support our client’s manufacturing operation. This is a key hands-on leadership role responsible for leading, supporting, and developing a production section while ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and manage a production section team within a manufacturing environment
  • Ensure daily production plans are delivered in line with output, quality, and efficiency targets
  • Manage, motivate, and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement
  • Conduct daily start-up meetings and team briefings to ensure clear communication and alignment
