We are currently looking for a reliable and flexible Office Administrator to join our client on a part-time basis (25–30 hours per week), based at their Avonmouth offices. This is a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover with an immediate start available.
The role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support within a small team.
Key skills & requirements:- Office IT experience
- Comfortable answering incoming phone calls
- Confident replying to emails and general correspondence
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Xero or Sage beneficial (full training provided)
This is a Monday to Friday role with flexible start and finish times. Due to the location and limited public transport, a driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.
Pay rate: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour.
