We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor / Team Leader to join our clients team based in Weston Super Mare. You'll manage production, supervise a team, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. This role is key to delivering high-quality materials efficiently and sustainably.
The Role: A hands-on supervisory role responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination of workshop production, manufacturing operations and warehouse activities. The position combines operational oversight with practical involvement in the operation, stock control, despatch, quality control and team coordination to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational deadlines are achieved safely and efficiently. The role acts as a key link between workshop operations, warehouse logistics, and management, supporting workflow planning, material control and health & safety compliance across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate day-to-day workshop and production operations to ensure schedules and operational deadlines are achieved.
- Supervise and support workshop and warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflow, productivity, and quality standards.
- Coordinate goods in/out processes, despatch preparation, and stock movement activities.
- Monitor material usage and support stock control, inventory management, and procurement activities.
