We are currently looking to recruit a number of Trainee Hand Tools Operatives to join our client’s growing production team based in Highbridge. Working as part of an experienced team, you will support the production and assembly of bathroom pods while gaining valuable hands-on experience in areas such as basic electrical work, plumbing, assembly, and production operations. No formal qualifications are required, however candidates with previous experience using hand tools, working within production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or construction environments would be at an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting experienced operatives with daily production duties
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Supporting the assembly and production of bathroom pods
- Learning basic plumbing and electrical installation skills
- Following health & safety procedures and site standards
- Working to production schedules and deadlines
- Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process
