BAM UK & Ireland (Infrastructure) seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the HS2 Track contract. Based initially at the HS2 project team office near Euston Station for approximately two years, with potential relocation to Buckinghamshire as the project develops.
You will administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts, manage subcontract accounts, support the Commercial Manager, and drive cost control, KPI reporting and monthly forecasts.
