What do you bring to the role?
- Successful experience as a Behavioural & Wellbeing Advisor
- Previous experience in a Supervisory Role with a focus on Safety.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in delivering training events and workshops
- Mental Health Workplace First Aider
- IOSH Certificated Behavioural Science for Leadership certificate IOSH Managing Safely
- Construction site experience on projects between £1m and £25m
