o Identify and document the end-to-end business scenarios to be validated across HR, Time, Payroll, Finance, and Reporting.
o Determine the required volume and structure of test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
o Define test data requirements and coordinate with the data migration and business teams for provisioning.
• Test Execution Management
o Manage and coordinate test cycles (System Integration Testing, Payroll Parallel Runs, UAT, Regression Testing).
o Lead test script development and coordinate execution with internal teams and third-party vendors.
o Monitor progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and proactively address delays or issues.
o Ensure test evidence is captured, defects are logged, prioritised, tracked, and retested as appropriate.
• Stakeholder Management
o Work closely with the Payroll SMEs, Business Process Owners, HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and clarity on testing responsibilities.
o Facilitate test planning workshops and daily/weekly status updates during test execution.
o Support business stakeholders during UAT and ensure readiness for go-live.
• Quality & Risk Management
o Identify testing risks and dependencies early, proposing mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
o Champion quality assurance throughout the lifecycle, promoting continuous improvement of testing practices.
