Kickstart Your Career as a Level 3 Electrician Apprentice with BAM Site Solutions! Are you ready to power up your future? At BAM Site Solutions, we’re looking for enthusiastic, hands-on individuals to join our team as Level 3 Electrician Apprentices. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain practical experience on real projects, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification – all while earning a salary.
As part of BAM, one of the UK’s leading construction and facilities management companies, you’ll be part of a supportive environment that’s committed to developing your skills and helping you build a rewarding career in the electrical industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist and learn how to carry out and complete planned preventative maintenance and also complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
- Assist with the reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
- Assisting other team members when required or as directed from the Contracts Manager.
- Ensure that all tasks that are issued are completed within the contractual time scales.
- Proactively reduce energy consumption on site.
- Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety.
- Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio.
- Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.
- Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner at all times.
What you’ll need:
- 5 GCSEs including English (4) and Maths (4) or equivalent.
- Good time management, critical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can follow instructions and work under pressure.
- The desire to work towards a qualification whilst also working on the job.
