BAM Site Solutions are looking for an Accommodation & Welfare Team Leader to lead the Accommodation & Welfare Team and support in all aspects of general refurbishment, fit out and maintenance of Portable Accommodation units in a workshop environment to current standards and regulations. This is a Full time position working Monday to Friday, based at our Depot in Kilsyth with requirements to travel to other sites on a frequent basis.

- Demonstrate strong and effective leadership, customer relationship management and project delivery excellence
- Ensuring customer orders are processed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
- Manage and Monitor team performance to motivate the team and maximise service effectiveness and efficiency
- Maintain accommodation units to the highest standard, fitting and removal of partitions, floors, ceilings, and other fittings
- Knowledge and experience in lifting operations an advantage but training can be provided
- Doing it right first time and identifying failures to prevent recurrence
- Operating procedures and documented systems
- Minimising the environmental impact on your operation

- Duties can range from maintaining our range of Accommodation and Welfare Hire fleet from electrics to fixing plumbing in canteens and toilet blocks to changing a door handle. All other general maintenance, repair, assembly, and fitting work as required.

You will be based at our Depot in Kilsyth with requirements to travel to other sites on a frequent basis.

What do you bring to the role?
- Experience in general refurbishment, fit out and maintenance of Modular and Portable Accommodation units on site or in a workshop environment to current standards and regulations
- Basic knowledge in Plumbing, Electrics, Joinery, decorating and general maintenance
- A clean driving licence required
- Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload
- An enthusiastic team player
- Preferably have a good mix of general repair / maintenance / multi trader / handyman work or experience in a Manufacturing Operative / Fitter role with experience of using power tools
- Having a professional positive attitude, you would need to have a willingness to learn, the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, a flexible approach to work and working hours
