The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator to support the development and management of projects and action plans focused on delivering our inclusion commitments and demonstrating impact. This role will work closely with the D&I Manager and report to the Director for D&I. The team works closely with the broader business and People team covering our UK and Ireland businesses as well as external partners.
This is a 12-month FTC contract.
Your mission
You will be responsible for providing project and administration support, working in partnership with the business in the coordination and project management of interventions to ensure BAM UK&I D&I strategy is successful and supports an environment which benefits our people, business and external stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?

- Project Management and Coordination: Ability to manage and support the coordination of education programs to ensure full uptake, return on investment, and measurements of success. Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to align, coordinate, enable, and guide existing Inclusion Networks and local steering groups for impactful activities.
- Communication and Writing: Proficiency in supporting written submissions for tender responses and award submissions as well as contributing to subject collateral. Strong verbal communication skills to liaise with external stakeholders. Collaborate with our Communication Teams to create a consistent approach to our internal and external D&I communications, including communications plans for key points throughout the year.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain impactful partnerships and relationships with external groups and organisations, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of D&I activities, including ongoing reviews of internal trends for informed decision-making. Capability to recognize internal gaps to understand and create a training matrix.
Your experience and profile
- Experienced in HR or D&I related field
- Experience of managing projects through to completion and evaluation
- Self-motivation and an ability to use initiative
- Personal commitment to ongoing development and participation in subject field events, demonstrating allyship to all groups
- Works well in a remote team, and recognises strengths and individual styles
- A high level of integrity whilst displaying passion, enthusiasm and commitment to the role
