BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting for a cleaning operative for our FM segment of the business and you will be based out of the Tudor Grange Academy in Redditch. This is a term time only position working 42 weeks per year, 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 3:20pm to 6:20pm. Pay: £12.21 Per Hour.

Cleaning Responsibilities:
- Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises.
- Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate.
- Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas.
- Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste.
- Clean and maintain waste bins.
- Refill and replace consumables.
- Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person.
- Lock rooms after cleaning.
- Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate.
- Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times.
- Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures.
