BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a cleaner to join our FM segment and to be based at the Tudor Grange Langley Academy in Solihull. Working 42 weeks per year. 12.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 5.00am - 7.00am. Pay: £12.71 per hour.

Making Possible
- Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises.
- Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate.
- Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas.
- Collecting and appropriately disposing of waste.
- Clean and maintain waste bins.
- Refill and replace consumables.
- Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person.
- Lock rooms after cleaning.
- Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate.
- Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times.
- Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures.
