We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Global Mobility Coordinator to join our People Operations team. This role is ideal for someone eager to launch a career in global mobility, immigration, and employee experience. In this global role, you will play a critical part in supporting our employees’ work authorization and relocation journeys, ensuring a seamless and compliant process as BAM continues to expand internationally.

  • Provide administrative support by preparing, organizing, and tracking immigration documentation and case files.
  • Serve as a point of contact for immigration and relocation-related inquiries, offering clear guidance and options.
  • Become a trusted source of support for employees and candidates to help navigate questions and concerns.
  • Coordinate with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant case processing.
  • Proactively monitor immigration status, track expiration dates, and ensure timely renewals to maintain compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end immigration and relocation cases for employees and candidates, including visa applications, renewals, and permanent residency processes.
  • Assist in compiling, analyzing, and presenting mobility data and metrics to inform decision-making and process improvements.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with immigration laws, proactively tracking expiration dates and staying updated on regulatory changes.
