Key Responsibilities

  • Apply a user-first mindset to build and maintain an end-user experience that is seamless, efficient and world-class.
  • Own next-gen remote access client rollouts (SASE/ZTNA) and ongoing management.
  • Own core engineering and operations for Apple endpoints and mobility, including:
    • Jamf Pro administration (policies, smart groups, inventory, self-service).
    • Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, and VPP app distribution.
    • iOS/macOS lifecycle management (patching/upgrades, configuration profiles, compliance mechanics).

  • Build automation and reporting using scripting and APIs (Jamf API, device management APIs, and lightweight integrations as needed).
  • Apply AI/LLM tools to reduce operational toil and improve troubleshooting, automation, and documentation (within firm controls and data handling standards).
  • Produce and maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and change validation procedures; contribute to post-incident improvements and standardization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, EUC, or end-user platform engineering in an enterprise environment (financial services preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience managing seamless and secure remote access solutions on a global scale.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot cross-domain issues involving endpoints, identity, and network dependencies.
  • Preferred familiarity with Windows endpoint ecosystem (basic SCCM/Intune concepts, packaging/deployment validation, client troubleshooting).
  • Experience supporting VDI/Citrix environments (client behavior, profiles, performance considerations).
  • Practical experience using AI/LLMs (Copilot/ChatGPT-style tools) to improve operational efficiency.

What You Bring

  • Strong ownership and follow-through; comfortable operating in a high-impact user environment.
  • Bias toward standardization and automation over manual administration.
  • Clear communication and effective cross-team partnering.
