What you'll be doing

The opportunity

As a Contracts Supervisor, you'll take day-to-day responsibility for managing Balvac and subcontract resources to deliver works safely, efficiently and in line with contract specifications. You'll ensure robust setting out, method statements and risk assessments, track programme and productivity, and champion behavioural safety on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise internal crews and subcontractors daily; coordinate site activities and resources.
  • Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and the Project Management Plan; manage dimensional control/setting out.
  • Produce/review method statements and risk assessments; uphold Zero Harm and project HS&E plans.
  • Monitor programme, progress and productivity outputs; maintain construction records, O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve engineering issues; support Balvac's customer focus and innovation ethos.
