Overview
Lead day‑to‑day on‑site operations for structural repair, strengthening and refurbishment projects across the UK. Manage direct labour and subcontractors to deliver safe, high‑quality and efficient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site teams to deliver multiple projects on programme, budget and specification
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and the Business Management System
- Oversee site setting‑out and dimensional control
- Develop and review risk assessments, method statements, PMPs, ITPs, Construction Phase Plans
- Produce project programmes and track progress, outputs and productivity
- Drive Zero Harm and behavioural safety initiatives
- Apply Lean construction techniques including daily visual meetings and BIM360Field
- Identify and resolve engineering and construction issues proactively
- Manage construction records, O&M documentation and as‑built information
Qualifications
- Experience delivering structural repair or specialist repair projects
- Background in infrastructure or civil engineering works
- Strong leadership, communication and team‑management skills
- Ability to manage scheme budgets and commercial elements
- Robust understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental requirements
- Organised, proactive and committed to operational excellence
