Due to internal changes, this local authority is looking for a highly experienced Senior Inclusion Lead to work closely with multi-agency partners and senior leaders to bring SEND more integrated with their Inclusion Services.
Your duties as Senior Inclusion Lead:
- Collaborate on the identification and assessment of students with SEND
- Lead multi-agency working across localities, lead collaboration across teams and organisations
- Manage high needs spending and allocate resources
Experience needed as Senior Inclusion Lead:
- Understanding of Elective Home Education, Peer and Adapted Learning, Early Years, Post 16 and Children Looked After
- Experience working closely with parents, carers, and external agencies with SEND child centred working
- Working within local government essential
