We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to shape a brand new children's home from the ground up. You will report directly into the Operations Director and play a critical role in preparing the service for its first Ofsted inspection, while also influencing the future growth of additional homes.

Your role as Registered Manager:

  • Lead the setup and opening of a brand-new children's home, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Take ownership of Ofsted readiness, driving the service towards a positive inspection outcome.
  • Recruit and develop a strong team, including interviewing Residential Support Workers.
  • Implement robust care planning and safeguarding practices tailored to complex needs.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support future service expansion.

Your experience as Registered Manager:

  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (essential).
  • Demonstrable experience leading Ofsted inspections with proven outcomes.
  • Strong background within children's residential care, particularly EBD.
  • Confident in building teams and developing staff from the ground up.
  • Ability to drive standards, compliance and operational excellence.
