We\’re looking for a proactive Transformation and Implementation Officer to coordinate projects, support service improvements, and build strong partnerships across education, health, and social care for a Local Authority in the West Midlands. You\’ll play a vital role in delivering a SEND strategy, tracking progress, and driving real change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor SEND transformation projects
  • Support strategic plans and improvement actions
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners
  • Lead communication and engagement activities
  • Contribute to SEND governance and performance tracking
