Transformation and Implementation Officer
West Midlands (Hybrid)

We\’re looking for a proactive Transformation and Implementation Officer to coordinate projects, support service improvements, and build strong partnerships across education, health, and social care for a Local Authority in the West Midlands. You\’ll play a vital role in delivering a SEND strategy, tracking progress, and driving real change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor SEND transformation projects
- Support strategic plans and improvement actions
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners
- Lead communication and engagement activities
- Contribute to SEND governance and performance tracking
Experience Required:
