Are you ready to step into a Service Manager – Quality Assurance role where you will directly influence the quality and impact of children’s social care? You will take ownership of a critical function, leading on quality assurance activity, shaping practice improvements, and playing a key role in inspection readiness. As a Service Manager – Quality Assurance, you will:

  • Lead monthly practice audits and thematic reviews to drive insight
  • Identify key learning and ensure it is embedded into frontline practice
  • Facilitate learning forums to “close the loop” on improvements
  • Support Ofsted preparation and monitor visit readiness
  • Drive practice improvement initiatives across the wider QA service

Your previous experience as Service Manager – Quality Assurance:

  • Strong background in children’s social care quality assurance
  • Proven experience leading audit frameworks and improvement plans
  • Confidence in Ofsted preparation and inspection support
  • Ability to translate learning into tangible practice improvements
  • Experience working at a senior level within a local authority setting
