Your role as Programme Manager:
- Lead workstream coordination across complex programme activity
- Manage and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies to senior leadership
- Drive programme governance and support key strategic meetings
- Deliver clear, impactful reporting and updates to the SRO
- Collaborate across directorates to enable transformational change
Your experience as Programme Manager:
- Proven delivery of complex transformation programmes within a local authority or similar environment
- Strong expertise in project methodologies and tools (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Agile)
- Demonstrable experience managing risk, governance, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organisational levels
- A track record of driving change and improving outcomes within services
