Baltimore Consulting is seeking a Local Plan Delivery Lead to guide a Spatial Planning function of around 50 professionals in delivering a new Local Plan and Design Guide under evolving policy frameworks. The role is a 6‑month contract with immediate start and hybrid working (office-based 3–4 days).
You will report to senior leadership, align priorities, manage governance, and drive delivery against ambitious timelines while engaging with senior stakeholders and elected members.
