Overview

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, high‑value projects, influence senior stakeholders and play a pivotal role within a fast‑moving Development and Disposals function. You will report into a senior property lead, manage a demanding portfolio and be trusted to operate with autonomy from day one, with a formal review at the three‑month mark. You’ll be at the centre of ambitious programmes covering disposals, acquisitions, development appraisals and feasibility studies, working across political, commercial and community priorities. Responsibilities

  • Delivering capital receipts, acquisitions and complex disposal projects
  • Leading development appraisals, valuations and feasibility studies
  • Navigating the planning system and planning obligations to unlock value
  • Managing a diverse property portfolio with a commercial, strategic mindset
  • Building trusted relationships with members, senior officers and external partners, including regular travel as part of your remit
