£450- £500 per day (umbrella) scope for negotiation

Hybrid Full time position

Are you an experienced parking professional with a passion for delivering high-quality services? Our client is seeking a Parking Services Manager to lead and develop all aspects of parking operations across the council.

You will take responsibility for the strategic development and management of parking services, including on- and off-street parking, civil parking enforcement, and moving traffic enforcement. Working closely with the Network Manager and Head of Highways and Transport, you will help shape policy and service objectives that support the council\’s Local Transport Plan and Climate Change Strategy.

About your role as Service Lead Parking:

• Develop and maintain the Council\’s parking strategy and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Manage contractor performance to deliver excellent customer service and uphold DfT guidance.
