Baltimore Consulting is seeking an experienced Service Manager for Children in Care in the West Midlands for an interim period, minimum three months with immediate start.

The role is hybrid: three days on-site per week, with a daily rate of up to £450 via Umbrella.

You will lead a social work service, champion trauma-informed practice, and ensure children’s voices guide decisions.
