Are you a commercially minded Senior Estate Surveyor ready to step into a high-impact role where your decisions directly shape a complex property portfolio? You will be reporting into a strategic asset lead, taking ownership of key estate functions and driving value across a diverse commercial portfolio. Your role as Senior Estate Surveyor:

  • Drive asset optimisation across a varied commercial portfolio
  • Lead on rent reviews, lease renewals & tenant negotiations
  • Identify and deliver disposals, acquisitions & value creation opportunities
  • Support strategic asset planning & capital pipeline delivery
  • Manage external consultants, agents & key stakeholders

Your experience as a Senior Estate Surveyor:

  • Proven MRICS qualified (or equivalent) surveying background
  • Strong experience in landlord & tenant negotiations
  • Demonstrable success in income generation & asset performance
  • Background within public sector or complex portfolios
  • Confident delivering reports & influencing senior stakeholders
