Your role as Senior Estate Surveyor:
- Drive asset optimisation across a varied commercial portfolio
- Lead on rent reviews, lease renewals & tenant negotiations
- Identify and deliver disposals, acquisitions & value creation opportunities
- Support strategic asset planning & capital pipeline delivery
- Manage external consultants, agents & key stakeholders
Your experience as a Senior Estate Surveyor:
- Proven MRICS qualified (or equivalent) surveying background
- Strong experience in landlord & tenant negotiations
- Demonstrable success in income generation & asset performance
- Background within public sector or complex portfolios
- Confident delivering reports & influencing senior stakeholders
