Baltimore Consulting is seeking a Senior EHCP Officer – Early Years & Primary on a 3 month initial contract with hybrid working. The role oversees EHCP casework in a geographical area, leads a team of Casework Officers and an Assistant Officer, and ensures statutory compliance across EY and Primary services.
The post reports to senior SEND leadership and drives performance, chairs panels, manages complex cases, supports recruitment and ensures timely SEND provision for children and young people.
