Are you an experienced Senior Commissioning Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex Adult Social Care commissioning programmes? This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior Commissioning Manager to lead the procurement and commissioning of a high-profile home care and supported living service, helping to shape services that make a genuine difference to residents’ lives.
As a Senior Commissioning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a significant commissioning programme from procurement through to mobilisation and quality assurance. Working closely with senior leaders, providers, health partners and residents, you will ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality and best-value services. Your Role as Senior Commissioning Manager:
- Lead the end-to-end commissioning and procurement lifecycle for home care and supported living services
- Drive complex tender evaluation, contract award, mobilisation and quality assurance
- Develop and deliver strategic commissioning programmes using a system-wide approach
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providers, health partners and residents
- Ensure services deliver quality outcomes, efficiency and best value for local communities
Your Previous Experience as Senior Commissioning Manager:
- Extensive experience commissioning and procuring Adult Social Care services
- Strong background in home care, care at home and supported living services
- Experience managing cost of care packages, brokerage and market sustainability
- Ability to influence and engage senior leaders and Elected Members
- Proven success working across Local Authorities, Health Services and VCS partners
