Your Role as SEND Project Manager
- Lead high-profile SEND transformation projects, using structured methodologies to deliver results
- Drive project planning, risk management and benefits realisation, ensuring delivery stays on track
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders, maintaining alignment and momentum
- Translate national policy into actionable local delivery with clear governance and reporting
- Use data-led insights to monitor performance, inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
Your Experience as SEND Project Manager
- Proven track record delivering complex programmes within education or SEND environments
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, policy or local authority frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, from schools to senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, analyse data and deliver at pace in complex settings
- Experience working in collaborative, multi-agency environments, with a solutions-focused mindset
