£500 per day

Inside IR35 (via umbrella)

Hybrid working (2 days per week onsite)

Your Role as SEND Project Manager

  • Lead high-profile SEND transformation projects, using structured methodologies to deliver results
  • Drive project planning, risk management and benefits realisation, ensuring delivery stays on track
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders, maintaining alignment and momentum
  • Translate national policy into actionable local delivery with clear governance and reporting
  • Use data-led insights to monitor performance, inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

Your Experience as SEND Project Manager

  • Proven track record delivering complex programmes within education or SEND environments
  • Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, policy or local authority frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, from schools to senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks, analyse data and deliver at pace in complex settings
  • Experience working in collaborative, multi-agency environments, with a solutions-focused mindset
